Ordering and Shipping:
We use Canada Post, UPS, Fesdex, and Purolator as our shipping services. This is based on shipping location, transit times and cost. We will chose the most economical method without significantly sacrificing transit times.
We will ship all items within 2 business days of receiving the order.
Actual turnaround time can vary. Please note that our shipping partners do not deliver on weekends and holidays.
Usually, within Canada, it can take 2-8 business days. Shipping to the USA can take 3-10 business days, does not consider the effectiveness of customs clearance (if required).
We can only ship orders to residential and commercial addresses within Canada and the USA. We are not able to offer shipping to any military, PO, APO and FPO destinations.
An exchange is not possible.
When your item has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. The tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show up immediately.
